Hold on kids, we're going a little meta here...

How To Destroy Angels did a track called The Space in Between way back in 2010, and when they toured this year (in 2013), they played a cool SONOIO rework of the track by Alessandro Cortini, who was performing along with the band. If you're interested, HTDA has made that track available for free download here: snd.sc/ZX56h5

After seeing How To Destroy Angels perform and meeting (most of) them after one of their shows, I was really inspired, so I did a literal translation of that rework using a Sunsoft FME-7 setup (that is, the sound chip inside a Famicom game like "Gimmick!" which is a clone of an AY-3-8910/YM2149 but mixes with Famicom sound). You could also do this with, say, a synchronized NES and an Atari ST.
